Welcome to the Capital BlueCross Love Settlement website.

This website is intended to provide information to Class Members about the Settlement with Capital BlueCross and certain current and former subsidiaries and affiliates in the Love class action lawsuit. This settlement is in addition to and separate from the earlier settlements with other Blue Cross plans and is separate from the Highmark Settlement. This settlement covers Capital BlueCross, Capital Advantage Insurance Company and Keystone Health Plan Central, Inc.

To qualify for a settlement payment, you must complete the Claim Form, sign the form, and have it POSTMARKED BY NO LATER THAN JUNE 30, 2008 to:

As described more fully in the Question and Answer (Q & A) section of this website, Class Members were mailed a Notice explaining their rights under the Settlement as well as a Claim Form and Claim Form Instructions on how to fill out the Form. This website includes those mailed documents sent to Class Members. Accordingly, Class Members should check for updates to this website to ensure that they have received all relevant instructions.
