Settlement Notice Packets were mailed to Class Members on April 1, 2008. The Court has scheduled a hearing to consider the fairness, reasonableness, and adequacy of the proposed Capital BlueCross Settlement (“Settlement Hearing”). The Settlement Hearing will be held on Friday, June 13, 2008, at 2:00 pm at the United States Courthouse, Courtroom IV, Tenth Floor, Federal Justice Building, 99 Northeast Fourth Street, Miami, FL 33132.
